EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 15 days of purchase, if an item is returned to Birgirl because of a size mismatch or a manufacturing flaw, we will replace it at no extra cost to you. All deals depend to some extent on the availability of stock.

According to our return policy, we can only exchange sizes.

Sizes can be switched out for either a like-for-like or a different replacement.

If you'd like to make a product swap, you should request a refund and buy the replacement items elsewhere.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY CHARGE EXTRA SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE and RETURNS.

TRANSPORTATION WITHIN INDIA

We use dependable, fully insured courier services to deliver orders throughout India at no extra cost to the customer. Orders paid for with Cash on Delivery will usually be contacted by the courier service. You can either phone them again and schedule a new delivery time or go to their address and pick it up yourself if you know you won't be home when they try to bring it.

If the customer isn't home when the courier tries to deliver the package, or if the courier experiences delays beyond their control, we cannot be held liable.

DATA RELATING TO CURRENCIES AROUND THE WORLD

Prices are given in US dollars, and the total due reflects this minus any import taxes, customs fees, or other costs imposed by the country to which the shipment is being delivered. Our return policy details how we handle returns for overseas orders. 

All payments for international orders must be made in US dollars, and all refunds must be issued in the same currency as the original order. We cannot make any predictions because exchange rates are constantly changing. 

The financial institutions that act as middlemen in these transactions determine the exchange rate in effect when a transaction is processed. Currency conversion has no bearing on returns.
