Your order will ship within 3–5 business days. During the checkout process, we also provide an expected delivery date.
Birgirl is available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT) Monday through Saturday. If you place an order on the weekend, a holiday, or outside of our regular business hours, it will not be processed or shipped until the following business day. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of our policies, though Birgirl will do everything possible to accommodate special shipping requests.
When possible, we will ship urgent orders out the same day if they are received by 11 a.m. PT; otherwise, they will be shipped out the following business day.
When you place an order with us, we review it, verify it, and give our final approval. It may take more time to process your order if the billing and shipping addresses are different. Don't forget to give us a phone number where we can reach you (for billing and/or shipping purposes).
We apologize in advance for any shipment delays that may occur.
As a security measure against fraud, we ask that shipments only go to the cardholder's billing address. We do realize that there may be times when exceptions are needed, like when shipping to a neighbor, place of business, second home, gift, etc. In most cases, we are able to make such adjustments, but we do need both the buyer and the recipient's phone numbers just in case we need to double-check the transaction over the phone. Because of this, processing times may increase.
After confirming your employment, we will send your order directly to your place of business. If you want to ship something to a business, please include the name and contact information of that business.
By sending in a single request, you can combine orders sent by ground or express shipping. Orders including items from multiple Birgirl stores will be processed and shipped independently.
Since each foreign order needs its own business invoice, we can't put them all together.
