All returns must be received within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please read the following for details on our return procedure.
If a consumer receives a damaged, incorrectly sized, or incorrectly styled item, they can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another one. We will perform an in-house quality inspection once we have received the returned merchandise. If the goods we pick up do not pass quality control, we will send you a return shipment.
Note: Reversing a pick-up would only be done once per order.
Once an item has been worn or damaged, it cannot be replaced or repaired by Birgirl. No matter how carefully we look for damage or signs of use, we can never be sure how much an item will break down.
Any refunds (whether to the original payment method or a Birgirl store credit gift card) are processed within two to four business days. When returning Birgirl Fashion outfits, please be aware that the process can take up to 10 days from the time the item is received back at the store.
Once the returned item(s) from our ladies' outfit collection have been received and accepted back at our headquarters, a refund will be issued.
When receiving a refund, you must contact the financial institution or credit card company from which you originally made the purchase and let them know that you are expecting a credit to that account. Keep the bank gift card until you know for sure the item won't be returned if it was used as payment. Your refund will be applied to the card or gift card you used to make the initial purchase.
If you return an item that qualified for a promotion, your refund will be reduced by the discount percentage that was applied to your original order.
You can read all about our procedures for accepting and processing returns on international orders in our return policy. When placing an international order, you must pay in US Dollars and receive any refunds in the same currency. We are unable to make any forecasts at this time due to the volatility of currency exchange rates. The current exchange rate is established at the time the transaction is processed by the financial institutions serving as intermediaries in these exchanges. The effect of currency conversion on returns is zero.
UPS Standard Ground shipping labels are free, but they will include minimal insurance charges for domestic returns that are mailed back within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date.
Once you have logged into your Birgirl account, go to "My Purchases" to print your shipping label. Click "Return an Item" after selecting the items you wish to return from the applicable order. Simply fill out the form below and click "Submit" to generate your shipping label. You have missed the return window if you are unable to make a return.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service to send your return back to us, please make sure to insure the package for the full purchase price, require a signature upon delivery, and keep a copy of the delivery receipt for your own records. Using the USPS is not something we suggest.
Note: Customers must cover the expense of international return shipping.
No refunds will be given for the original cost of shipping, whether it was domestic or international.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
As long as the Birgirl Reserve is not returned, there are no costs associated with using it. If there's a chance you might want to return an item, it's best to buy it outright (not under Birgirl Reserve) and take your time deciding whether or not to keep it. Our Reserve Return Policy is the same as the general Return Policy.
